  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Certain items (e.g. sale items, personal care products, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange

  • We offer size/color exchanges (if available) within 7 days.

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In case of a wrong/defective item, Kivanza will cover the return shipping charges.
